Does MS Access 2013 support multiple simultaneous connections?  I am concerned about maintaining data integrity with multiple users connected remotely at the same time.

Yes, Access 2013 supports concurrent connections. We may try to share an Access database with some ways, they help us maintain data integrity with multiple users.
